Cloulix footwear runs on EU sizing. Many styles combine two EU sizes into one selection. For instance, size "36-37" fits both EU 36 and EU 37 feet. Refer to the Cloulix Size Guide on any product page to convert EU sizes to US Men's / Women's sizes. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

Yes. The EVA material is water-resistant and quick-drying, great for the pool, beach, and garden.

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. The EVA footbed naturally resists odor and staining.

We accept returns within 30 days on unworn, unused items in original condition.

• Step 1 – Return Authorization (RA): Message our support team first to get an RA number. We can't process returns without one.

• Defective or wrong item: Send us a photo and we'll make it right — typically a full refund or free replacement, and you keep the item with no return shipping required.

• Size, color, or change of mind: Cross-border return shipping can be expensive and slow. Our support will discuss possible options with you on a case-by-case basis, such as store credit or a partial refund.
